Don't worry sweety! Unless your doctor says your close, you shouldn't worry about this! I have diabetes (Type 1) and i'll tell you that carb free foods are as good as carb full foods. Carb free foods, even if they have sugar, will not give you diabetes. Try eating sugar free jelo, cheese, and meat. these have no ( or barely any) carbs.

P.S. Sugar doesn't cause diabetes, carbs do. Oh yeah and exercise helps a ton by using up carbs, and increasing insulin sensitivity, which helps prevent diabetes a ton! Merry Christmas! :D

Simple as that. Don't eat too much of it. Every time you get a craving for sweets, turn to fruit and water.

Cut out all sugar from your diet and then you won't have the cravings for chocolate/sugar. Read Connie Bennett's Sugar Shock for ways to get rid of the sugar in your diet.

Chances of you getting diabetes from chocolate alone? Slim. But don't go crazy with it.

Eating to much chocolate doesn't necessarily mean you'll become a diabetic. Are you overweight? If so, then you should eat healthier. Consult a dietitian for a healthy diet.

Only eat what has artificial sugar in it and don't worry, just chocolate once in a while wouldn't cause you a problem anyway.=====

stop eating meat and dairy and processed foods, then eat chocolate whenever you feel like and you'll be healthier!
