Is this appendicitis?!

Question: sometimes i get pain in my lower right abdomen that feels like scratching your skin when it is cold (sorry, weird explanation ) and then when i put some ben-gay on it, it goes away. Im eating normally and going to the bathroom but was wondering if this sounded like the early signs of appendicitis?

No, I think if it was an appendicitis it would be more quick and not go away. You would probably be dead if your appendix were slowly rupturing. It could be, however, your gall bladder. That is how it happened to me. I had pains in my side that were very strong then would go away then come back. I eventually got it checked out and it was my gall bladder. A little painless surgery later and I'm all better. Just go have it checked out. Could be gas or kidney stones too. All are possibilities.

Good Luck and I wish you Good Health.

No.
This sounds like dry skin. Any moisturizer will help to relieve the itch. Stop scratching.

No. Appendicitis starts as a dull pain, sometimes higher up in the belly, before it migrates to the right lower abdomen. At this point, the pain is pretty bad.

Very unlikely.

I think you need to see your doctor if it persists and if you have a rash. If you get a fever or the pain becomes unbearable go to the emergency department of your hospital.
