Possibly eczema? Please help.?!

Question: I've got these tiny white blisters on random areas of my hands and I had these on my left food but they've become dark spots and the skin in the general area on the bottom of my foot is peeling. My hands feel somewhat soft but they feel kinda like leather...it's weird.

Also, at the same time of these two occurences, my chest has a red rash on it. It ithces like crazy. I tried putting eucerin lotion and vasline on my chest but that didn't help. In fact, I think it makes the skin more irritated. This rash is just on the chest and pelvic region. The itching is the biggest problem.

I can't afford to go to a doctor for 2 weeks so I'm hoping someone can help because I can't figure out if it's all eczema or psoriasis or a mixture of both? I'm a 28yo male and this stuff has never happened to me before. The redness on the chest has always been there but this is the first time it's turned bright red and itched.

it sounds more like eczema than psoriasis. The best treatment for eczema is to keep the rash area very moist. Use lotion often to keep the area moist. It is best to apply the lotions after you bathe. You could also try taking an oatmeal bath . Look at the pharmacy area or talk to a pharmacist about what is available for itching from eczema. You can also apply cool compresses to the itching areas. It will sooth the itching. You can get topical ointments containing steroids . I think the highest available over the counter is 1%.
At night you might want to take some benadryl for the itching. It can make you sleepy. Avoid harsh detergents soaps etc.

yeah you need to go see a dermatologist
and he will give you medicated ointment for it
thatll fix it...
for now
try puttin cold packs on it
and use either oil of olay lotion
or aveeno (with the oatmeal)

eczema is caused by a tri-ad gene. It is the gene that ause asthma and hayfever, so if you have 1 it is possible for you to have all 3! Eczema is usually in your "hot spots" inner elbows, backs of knees, neck area, wrists, and where your pelvis and thigh meet.
Eucerin is recommended by most dermatologists however because of its oilyness it just makes me itch more! Until you can get to the doctor to get triamcinolone try hydroortisone cream or cortisone 10 it is sold over the counter so you dont need a prescription for it!
However, eczema doesnt usually turn red right off the bat. It can when the skin becomes inffected but generally it is a light pinkish. another thing you can try is to turn on a humidifier. if you do have eczema you will lose 50-75% more moisture then the normal person. Also aveeno makes an oatmeal bath that helps with the itching. Hope this helps you!
