About the only thing is good ol' soap and water; oily skin just goes with being mature in terms of hormone production. You might want to consider an astringent lotion as well, to help tighten pores and minimize oiliness. I'm personally a fan of Neutrogena's products for both washing and astringents.
I normally put little powder on my face, and it stop the shine. You are a guy, I don't know if you want to try that.
