What is the best position on the toilet when you have to expel a high enema?!


Question: i gave myself a salty high enema to fight against a 6 days constipation and i cannot expel a lot in the normal toilet position. i expel just a small small fecal mass and some wather, but it is more in my stomach and i cannot expell neiher the fecals... i tried to massage my stomach,to roll over my chest and other positions but nothig... i wait for an answer.

Try rubbing the colon in a counter clockwise motion, starting from the bottom right up to the rib cage, across to the left, and then down. The best position, is to sit on the toilet with your feet on a small step stool , about 12 inches above the floor, lean foreword so your chest touches your knees, then expel.

In your case, use the bath tub. Shove that roto rooter up the pipe, it will unclogg it.
