17 and never had sex, is that like illegal? Yes you can get some types of STD's without having sex. Dirty public restrooms, you never know what goes on in them or what gets spread on the toilet seats by these stupid little worthless perverts. The best thing to do is Don't gamble with your health GO TO THE DOCTOR and let him or her tell you what you have and how to take care of it.

You can't get STDs without sexual contact. If you're talking about little bumps along the head of the penis, look up "pearly penile papules" on google images and see if that looks like what you have. They are perfectly normal.
