Personal comment: Do you shave in that area? If so - you probably just had a pimple. It is a moist area that rarely sees the light of day, you can easily get a pimple there.
Herpes blisters are usually very hard to pop, they feel more rubbery than anything and the liquid within them are clear.
It's probably best not to pop pimples in the area, usually a warm compress is better and just watch it to make sure it lessens within a few days.

You can get them in that area but to know what it is for sure I would call your gyno and have it checked out. Better to be safe than sorry....
yes u can pimples there. it happened to me once. if it were herpes it would look like a blister and when it pops it would a have clear fluid some out of it and then look like a sore. u can get pimples pretty much anywhere that u have pores. dont worry ur fine

That sounds like herpes. Get a culture done by your gyno.
