ITS RUINING MY SOCIAL LIFE!!!

Trust me. I'm 13, and I know exactly what you're going through. If you can stand it, pop the big ones. Don't pick, though, they spread and multiply even more if you do that. I still have zits on my back, chest, and face. Be sure to use a good face wash on your back, chest, and face in the shower. Regular body washes have oils in them which can actually make you have more pimples. If you are really embarrased, you can ask your mom to take you to a dermotologist, who will most likely pescribe you pills to swallow and possibly some medication to put on. Those help no more than Proactive. All I can say is keep using Proactive, and be sure to put a face mask on once a week. If you don't take a shower some days, be sure to at least wash your problem areas. Nobody notices more than you do your zits, I've learned that. They'll go away in time. Remember, though, everybody is going to get zits sometime, you and me are one of the lucky few who get it early. Better in middle school than high school, though! And for those comments above me, Proactive does help. Eerything works differently for different people. I've noticed reduced acne, personally. So don't give up on it yet!
Hope I helped.
=)

Proactive sucks and is over rated just go to a good dermatolgist and they will give you the right treatment

Proactive does not work, ive tried it before and it doesnt help. My advice is to choose healthy food, like fruits and vegetables, and drink lots of water. I would also go to a dermatoligist, they really do help!

Hope your acne gets better, I understand that it is ruining your social life, just keep trying.

DO NOT use proactive. It will give you more pimples when you stop using their product. I know how you feel, because I have the same problem as you. It's horrible! Try using an antibacterial soap like Dial (that's what I'm using now) and it will dry out your body acne. And on your face, I've done some research. So far, I think the best products are Neutrogena, Tea Tree Oil, and Clearasil. For me, I like Tea tree Oil... it smells really bad but I think it works well. Oh, and it's also a natural herb. Try it!

Tell me which works best for you!

Hello
I have also been trying to get rid of my acne for so long that I have become really good at it. This is a treatment that will help those of you who have tried in the past other treatments and they haven't helped.
First run a cold bath. Put salt in the bath water and soak for up to 10 minutes. Then after making sure that your hands and body are dry, put aloe lotion and leave on over night. The next morning wash off with regular or acne soap and repeat the next night.
you can find out more natural/herbal treatment at some natural health based site like http://www.mamaherb.com

To shop for treatment for severe acne, click-

murad acne complex!
it has better ingredients in it.
it doesnt have benzoyl peroxide which ages the skin and drys it out.
but it gets your skin clear in at least 4 weeks and keeps it lke that.
you can also buy supplements from them which help your body fight toxins and prevents acne from coming back.
most people say you should stop using a product if you dont see results in at least 2 months.. so you should def. try murad..
