If you're looking to build muscle I would suggest first a multivitamin to supplement your diet, and Calcium + Magnesium pills to help you get the calcium (and magnesium) that you could be needing. Then I would suggest taking a liquid supplement that contains all the amino acids (l-glutamine etc). Creatine would also help and you can get these things on bestvite or gnc's websites if you don't have a local place to visit.
