differin gel its really good
use benzoyl peroxide 2.5% containing medicine, stop drinking coffee, eating peanuts. Drink a lot of water. Otherwise you might have to take some hard drugs. Consult a dermotologist.

Get your doctor to prescribe a strong acne cream, they really do work
I would not reccomend proactive
but only because if you read about it , it states not to use a coloured towel
that means it will bleach it.
