You don't solve this one any other way except by avoiding it. If it make you itch like this, be very careful as the next time it may cause your tongue to swell or result in anaphylactic shock that can kill you. Not worth ever taking that risk. Your body is giving you a warning that beer isn't for you. Next time could be fatal.
are you asian? many asian people have intolerance to alcohol... red itchy flared skin is one of the side effects.
maybe allergic to yeast? that really sucks, i love beer.
i don't think it's beer... probably you eat something and then drank your beer
use Benedryl for a few days and stop drinking beer. see an allergist to rule out Celiac's Disease or gluten allergy. this is a serious concern.
I'm allergic to the hops in beer. Stinks. Just don't drink it.
