Where can I find scientifical evidence of the benefits of washing hands?!
Question: You might try these sites; they contain some statistical and historical information.

My students use a Glo-Germ Kit to study handwashing. You put "invisible" powder on your hands, wash them, and then view your hands by blacklight. Any remaining powder shows up quite clearly. If you're doing a presentation, this is a great kit to use. http://www.glogerm.com/

Try not doing it for a week and see how you feel. That will be all the evidence you need
The Bible first: Lev 15:11 - "And whomsoever he toucheth that hath the issue, and hath not rinsed his hands in water, he shall wash his clothes, and bathe [himself] in water,..." and Lev 15:13 - "...and bathe his flesh in running water, and shall be clean."

Best wishes, and WASH YOUR HANDS!

Try the websites for the CDC or NIH. Also you can look through the Journal of the American Medical Association or the Lancet.
