put a metal spoon in the freezer for about an 1/2 to a hour, and put it on the hickey. when the spoon gets warm, repeat the process. i would suggest putting a few spoons in there, just in case it takes longer than u planned.!
Frozen spoons are supposed to work really well.
Maybe put cover up on it u cant realy get rid of a hickey any other way. or u can put on a turtle neck? scarf?

I hate hickies, they just look trashy. You can get a lip stick top and place it over the hicky with the hollow end to your skin and twist left to right or right to left over and over until you see the bruise start to break up or lighten. It will not work completely but it helps alot. Makeup will take care of the rest. I've also heard a cold spoon helps too. The lipstick top always worked for me though.

Cover it up with foundation makeup.

sounds weird but toothpaste will lighten it..
just rub the paste into the hickie and leave it for about 20 minutes then wash off.
next time be more careful...
