Question: for the past 3 weeks my husband has been complaining of a head ache and upset stomach, he doesn't have a fever at all. there are no other symptoms but the head aches are pretty severe and he has thrown up a few times. i got a carbon monoxide detector and thats not it. what could be wrong with him?

There are several things that can cause this. Check out web md and see what you can find using the symptom checker; but he really need to see a doctor, some of the things that can cause the head aches are anurisms(not sure on the spelling). The upset stomach and vomiting could be because of the intense pain in his head. Bottom line, he NEEDS to see a Dr. PRONTO!
Almost sounds like a migraine...but he really needs to go to the doctor for a checkup, especially with the vomiting.

Sounds like migraines. Call the doctor from some migraine medication.

Get him to a doctor and fast. He could have something serious it's best for him to be seen quickly.

migrane to me gets me sick everytime its a bad one but go to the doctor
Do a mold check. I had similar symptoms and it turned out i had black mold. some people are more sensitive to it than others. the head ached made me lose my lunch a few times
Sinus headache? Or it sounds more like migraines which when sever can cause vomiting. Ask your Doc for recommended prescription meds. Vicodin is one that helps migraines. Googe Migraine headaches for more info.
I get migraines that cause vomiting.
Other symptoms they look for in Migraines are light sensitivity.
Pain more on 1 side of head than other mine is right behind my left eye. No headache medicine helps and most make it worse.

it does sound likea migrane. i get horrible migranes, but one time i had such a horrible and ontop of it my stomach felt like it was going to explode and i had no fever. i went to the hospital and they told me i was completely dehydrated and starved and i didn't notice until my body started using its last resources for energy.
Sounds like the stomach flu to me.
Hm....might also be ocular. Does he wear glasses?
make him go anyway... i live with really bad head aches. i get them almost everyday and the dr told me its from stress and lack of sleep. head aches could also be blood pressure related but i don't know about the upset stomach...
Ask a physician,.....he needs to be examined; this cannot be done in Y! Answers...
If you have young children tell him for the sake of seeing his children grow up plz go see the doctor. For his loved ones sake, else get his mother if she is still living to talk him into going to see the doc.
