It's not likely to be cancer, probably something very simple as there are a few changes that can happen just because you've taken a kick or are wearing the wrong pants, its as simple as that. To put your mind at rest and be on the safe side it's best just to get it checked out. I know you're probably not overly thrilled about having to see a doctor about this, but please remember we see these kind of things every day and would much rather put your mind at rest than have you worrying yourself over it.

Firstly, have a warm shower and let the scrotum relax. Then gently, using your thumb and index finger, roll the testicles to check for any lumps.
Since you mentioned that there is a 'weird bump', pay extra attention to this bump. It may be just a slight protrusion of the testicles.
However, you should go see a doctor and tell him about your worries. He will be able to explain at once what the bump and the irritating feeling are all about.
