quit using hair product and wash with Head & Shoulders for a week or so. if you notice an improvement, toss out all the old hair products. drink more water and use a vaporizer.

try using nizorl.. and if tou are shampooing, u have to wash it thoroughly!!
Good question. Just google it. I have found a lot answers for this.
also, don't use super hot water in the shower - i'll dry you skin.
stop using product in your hair, don't wash hair excessively.
