Question: recently i feel like every three seconds i have to pee really bad, so i will go, and after i do, it burns really bad for a few seconds. sometimes there will be blood when i wipe. is this and infection? or will it go away on its own?

It's most likely an infection and you're going to need antibiotics to clear it up. Call your doctor for an appointment. They'll most likely have you go in, give a urine sample. Then if it's an infection as I suspect they'll prescribe an antibiotic such as bacctrum or something similar. They may also tell you to drink lots of cranberry juice to help speed up your cure.

It sounds like a UTI -- you need to go to the doctor to get medicine for it.
Probably a Urinary Tract Infection. Go to the Doctor's to get antibiotics. <3
It sounds like infection. Sometimes they do go away on their own but do you want to risk complications? You'd have an even bigger problem than you already have. See your doctor and have a urinalysis and urine culture run. If you have a UTI, you will need your doctor's help. In the meantime, drink plenty of water and cranberry juice. It won't stop infection but will help to alleviate the symptoms of discomfort.
