Meningitis, or something else?!
Question: I have a terrible neck pain.. it's in the back of my neck and at the bottom of my skull. It hurts to touch my chin to my chest..so bad I almost can't. I feel completely fine other than this, no fever whatsoever, no nausea, no sickness. Just wondering if I probably slept wrong? Or could these be symptoms of meningitis?

If you don't have a fever, or just feel achy all over then you probably have slept on your neck wrong. I had viral meningitis, and you would feel horrible, run a fever, become larthargic, you would have a terrivle headache, so bad you would not be able to stand it.
If you get a fever then you should start to worry... you probably just slept on it wrong.
Question #1: Something else.
Question #2: Probably. See if it resolves over the next day or two and responds to topical analgesics.
Question #3: What you've described doesn't fit the profile for meningitis.
