From personal experience, as I have asthma, before exercise I would definitely take 2 puffs of your albuterol inhaler. That is, if you exercise as it is a good preventative measure as exercise can often induce asthma. Also, I have allergies as well so it is important to pay attention to if there are any "triggers" that cause wheezing or your asthmatic symptoms and stay away from them. Make sure you have seen your doctor and are on a preventative medication and also a treatment. Taking your medication regularly will decrease your symptoms.

Decrease which symptoms???

The asthma? Follow your doctors regimine....Take your preventative drugs and eat healthy and exercise regularly if able, and live your life as a normal child.

If you are God, as it says under your box where your picture SHOULD be, I would suggest God that you remove your asthma-like symptoms if you are feeling them.....

See your physician and discuss medication.
You may ask for a relief inhaler, it's a fast-acting inhaler that relieves the symptoms. You only use it when you are having asthma attacks.

If you are having severe attacks, the specialist may prescribe a controller medicine, that is a slow-acting medicine that opens your airways and prevents the symptoms.
