Things like herpes or crabs can be spread, even using a condom. Condoms do reduce the risk quite a bit, but nothing out there except abstinence can prevent ALL diseases. (I am not preaching here...I'm not a big fan of abstinence myself...but that is the bottom line... it is not an opinion...it is the fact of the matter).
Yes, there are many diseases that can be spread even with the use of a condom. Plenty of STD's can be trnasmitted through skin contact of the surrounding, unprotected areas.
You can get a girl pregnant even if you wear a condom, they aren't 100% effective. So if your sperm can get past one then diseases can surely get past them as well. Anyone who thinks otherwise is either ignorant or arrogant.
Anything you use your mouth on is suspect.

all of them -nothing is 100%. know your partner's history, get tested for STDs, and use condoms. these will reduce your risk.
