Help with little Acne, lots of blackheads, large pores, & sensitive skin?!

Question: Help, I've tried Neotrogena, ProActive, all over the counter products...they haven't worked for me.

I have some spots of acne on my face, lots of little blackheads all over, redness, large open pores, and sensitive skin (can't use oil).

Do you know any products that really work for my condidtion?

I've used dove for 4 years, along with an acne soap called Panoxil (I don't know the correct spelling). Use each one every other day, twice a day. With me, what I eat and drink has never affected my acne (and my dermitologist told me so), therefore, eat whatever you want. Also, avoid any make up on your face or wherever else you have your acne. Don't use any lotions or soaps that are scented!! And by far the best thing you could possible use to get rid of it all is birth control pills. Depending on your age and if your parents approve, look into it! because I promise it will work! The only thing you really have to worry about with birth control is the possibility of gaining weight, but I didn't have problems with that, so there's no guarantee you will either. good luck!

i don't, but i have the same problem. The only thing that works even a little for me is to wash my face with Dove soap (for sensitive skin) and follow up with acne spot treatment. Good luck to you, i know it's difficult!

If you have tried using all of those types of stuff then you should prolly consider seeing a dermatologist.

You should definitely schedule an appointment with your dermatologist first and see if they can prescribe you something for your specific needs =]
Try changing up your diet- eliminating sugary products, fried and fattening foods and soda can cause flare ups- its ok to have these sometimes just not too often
Exercise is good for the skin, especially when you sweat
When you wash your face- wash it with warm water then cold water to help close up your pores
A Honey mask is good for the skin- it could help calm down your acne and redness in the skin
Try to drink more water( 6-8 glasses a day is a healthy amount)
I hope this helped =]

To get rid of the blackheads, try Biore. To reduce the pore size, go to the cosmetic counter in a good store, like Macy's. Try Estee Lauder-the clerks know which products will help. Use thier face wash and neutralizer, moisturizers. Your skin will come around.
