I am a Medical Assistant and work in a OBGYN office. There is a medicine that can treat them called Aldara. It is by perscription. If you have a strong immune system, then the cream can get rid of the warts and the HPV that caused them to appear and you wont have to worry about it anymore. Just go to your doctor. Hope this helps.

i suggest you see your trusted doctor, don't self medicate!

Not to upset you but I don't think you can get rid of genital warts. You can take medication for the outbreaks but I think once you get them you haave them for life.

you can treat genital warts but once you have them they do not go away, they stay with you for the rest of your life

you can go to your doctor and they can prescribe you things to help but they do not disappear

I had HPV years ago. I didn't have the strain of HPV that causes warts. It was detected by an abnormal pap. Some of my cells were precancerous. (That's what the Dr. told me). Anyhow, I had a small surgery called the LEEP procedure to remove them. I have been told by 3 gyne's that my HPV is gone. Sorry, I could not answer anything about warts. I heard you can always get outbreaks, just like a cold sore on your lip.
