I have had extreme skin problems. So bad that my skin would bleed. The good news is that you will grow out of it! You may continue to battle but hang in there. Drink lots of water. Try not to get your hands wet. Check out what your mom uses for soap. Make sure the hand soap and the clothing soap will not irritate your skin.
One thing I have done to that has always worked is to pray. Ask God to heal you!
You need to see a Dermatologist. They will be able to diagnose your skin problem better and prescribe the correct stuff to use. My sister has similar problem. Only after seeing the skin doctor did she see results with his treatment.
