It's highly unlikely that acne medication or any other medication will ruin your chance to enter the military, unless of course, it was not prescribed by a licensed dermatologist or physician. The military will give you a complete physical which will determine if you're fit enough to serve.
Side effects are a possibility with any prescribed medication and the benefits usually out weight the side effects. If your acne medication does cause cancer, your doctor would have warn you of the dangers! Good luck!
yes, it does actually, accutane. i've heard cases of certain people not being able to join the military because they were on accutane. i think you have to wait until you finish taking it.
