Woah, relax and turned everything off, with some deep breathing and try to focus on a Hum to calm the mind...

You are, but not yet hopefully try to relax it will pass,are you hyperventilating?, use a paper bag if so.

Get with a friend or family and talk about whatever is bothering you!! I'm not sure how old you are or what has you so upset! Get help depression can be awful!!

try breathing in and out. Or if there really serious anxiety attacks you might want to go see a doctor for medical advice and to have them put you on a medication to calm the anxiety down

deep breathing or even breathing into a brown paper bag, main thing is to focus on your breathing and not the anxiety, if this happens alot you need to consult your doctor

I would say go to the doctor to get help with your medical problems but sometimes thats just not possible. If its not possible then I would suggest talking with friends and try not to let the throughts enter your mind. Tell yourself they are just thoughts and you are not going to die. If there is indeed nothing wrong but the anxiety attacks. I would try not to worry and stress cause that will just make them worst. I always watch tv or chat online or take a bath or go out to a movie or something when I feel stressed

I used to get those all the time, and it really helped if I talked to someone. If no one is available, try deep breathing or calling someone on the phone to talk you through it. Good luck!

always consult a doctor if they are unaware of this problem. This is hard to deal with I suffer from it also and all medicines dont just take it away. You have to try to gain control of your self as hard as it sounds . Talk yourself down or have someone else there to talk to , even on the phone it does pass within about a hour sometimes even a few minutes.
