No. Not at all. Regardless of the laws, if someone wants to do something, well, they're going to do it. It's against the law to kill, still, there are people that do.

Maybe some,but not all.I am a non-smoker,and i love the fact that restaurants are non-smoking now! I dont want to breathe in that ****! If people want to kill themselves slowly,its their right....they can go the hell outside! Other ppl shouldnt have to be subjected to it! At least i will still be breathing when im older without the use of an oxygen tank! How YOU doinnn?
i dont think by taking away the place for people to smoke.. will make them quit... look at all the pot smokers! totally illegal and people still smoke it. people will always find ways and places to do the things that they want to do.
