Eat protein. This will stop the shakiness and dizziness. The body needs to be level. That is, if you eat sugar, it will give you a pick up but you will crash just as fast. Keep some cheese or meat sticks handy. Don't go long periods of time without eating. Try six small meals a day instead of 3 regular meals. Drink plenty of water. Stay hydrated. This should help.

sounds like vertigo, make a drs appt asap and with another doctor. make sure you tell them everything you feel when you arent at the doctor.

eat healthy and drink lots of water. I think the key here is to EAT!

Well when my mom had cancer she would sometimes get dizzy, nauseous, shakey, and cold. When she would go to the hospital they would tell her that her white or red blood cells were low. So i suggest you get a blood test and see you blood cell levels.

oo i get dizzy and shakey.. but i have hypoglycemia.. it means my blood sugar drops low very quickly...
u gota eat more often during the day and dont eat lik sugar.. glucose... eat more starch and fructose tpe things that take longer to break doown into glucose so ur sugar levels are stabliized for longer periodsof time... i uusualy have lik a fruit of something every 2 hrs n it helps...or maybne ur dehydrated drink lots of water

Its weird because I looked that up today after i almost blacked out @ the beach. The vaso vagal I thought it said was due to heart problems but also linked to dehydration.

Make sure you are eating healthy and getting plenty of water. that is the only advice that i can offer.

Maybe its not a disease but maybe a disorder. You should see a docter and see what kind of problem you have.

If you feel like there is something wrong, go with the feeling! Find a doc that will take you seriously and do the tests necessary to rule out everything from hypoglycemia to a heart problem! I made the mistake of listening to a doc that said nothing was wrong with me when I knew there was. Now I'm a cancer patient. I could have started treament long before now had I listened to my gut and not my doc. Keep pushing! Good luck!
