I have bad poors! how do i get rid of black heads!?!

Question: how do i get rid of my black heads and get my poors smaller!?

im 13 years old, is it too late to make them smaller and will they continue to get bigger?

if they do continue to get bigger, what can i do to make them smaller?

what products can i buy to get rid of black heads and minimize poors.. i dont want to try proactiv! stuff that i can get at stores would be good.

I would try out Arbonne. They have two phenomenal masks that really suck the junk out of your pores while still keeping the protective acid mantle of your skin healthy.

All of their skin care lines are wonderful, and there is one for everyone. You can check them out at www.arbonne.com. The products last a really long time... the skin care products I use from them last about nine months- not bad! Its pretty painless to order, and it gets shipped to your home, which is convenient.

If you do want to order anything, you can use my ID: 16492634--- let me know if you have questions at all, about anything! rachelhagstrom@myarbonne.com

Remember, there are lots of products on the market that actually do more HARM than good. I used to use all sorts of things that worked for like a month, then I needed to use something stronger and with more chemicals... its a trap. I like the natural benefits Arbonne gives me!
Good luck with everything!!

I'm the same way. I try two things that work GREAT!!! I use st. ives blackhead remover and acne pack by zapzyt. they both work absolutely great with my skin. when you first wash your face, use warm to hot water. Rinse and then splash cold water over your face. the hot water will open your pores to get all of the dirt out and the cold water will close the pores to ensure minimal dirt (i.e. blackheads.)

Use a mild facial scrub to get rid of blackheads. I recommend St Ives Apricot Scrub. Or you can invest in the Olay Regenerist Microdermabrasion Kit. It works beautifully to clear your skin of imperfections like blackheads.

im 15 nd i have been sufferin from that as well and with just normal pimples and proactiv helps but then if you stop using it you get it worser than before so the best thingy you could do is get clean skin or something like that and wash your face twice a day or more and then try and eat fresh and healthy foods like no sugery foods like lollies

Blackheads are clogged pores, so what you absolutely want to do is steam them open. If you don't, you'll squeeze the dirt out and leave an open pore.

Steam your face (you can pour boiling water into a big bowl, put your face over it and put a towel over you & the bowl, so that the steam rises to your face).

Then wash it with a good exfoliating scrub. Once you've done that, rinse with warm water.

Then, splash freezing cold water over your whole face to close the pores again.

Use an astringent (Clean & Clear makes a good one, but I love my Dior cleanser!) which will further close the pores - it'll sting a little but it's totally bearable. It feels good to know you're closing up the pores.

If this dries your skin our, use a very light non-greasey moisturizer formulated especially for the face, preferably with a sunscreen in it. If it doesn't dry your skin (ie you have oily skin naturally) then leave it at the astringent.

Best of luck! Remember - extracting blackheads should only be done by professionals, or very carefully after steaming... otherwise you could scar your face.

There are also many masks that are specifically for pore-refining. Got2B makes a great avocado & clay mask that feels SUPER cool (almost stings) on your face and is amazing for closing up pores. It should only be used 1-2 times a week though, because more than that will probably dry our your skin.
