Does anyone have a thin short line in their fingernail.?!

Those are actually teeny threads of blood caused when a capillary leaked after injury or trauma to the nail bed. I used to get them a lot. When they reach the tip, you can get them out, but mostly they're just stuck there.

When I stopped doing the thing (a handicraft) that smacked my hands lightly now and then, I noticed I hardly ever got these any more.
