Cold water on bloody sheets. Just pour and rub?!

Question: I found that hydrogen peroxide is the best thing for getting blood out of anything! I'm a critical care nurse and we get a lot of patients who are bleeding and it always seems to end up on my favorite scrubs!

right - if you are still having problems removing it you can use hydrogen peroxide

if you cant get the hydrogen peroxide just put the sheets in very cold water as soon as you notice the blood on them. should take it right out. good luck
