ok
1. drink 8oz. of water a day ( your skin gets oily because you arn't hydrated enough
2. Wash your face 2 a day
3. the sun dose not help it can make it worse.
4 try no to use face scrubes because they can also make it worse cause they are ripping up your pores(even making them bigger) if you do don't scrub hard

and again drink a lot of water to get the bacteria out of your system

im a dermatolagist
good luck!

Do eat anything go on a fasting, that help out, and perhaps when you sleep you put your face on the blanket, I did that.

I'll admit I used to washed, But know I don't even wash my face, and the pimples don't come, But I do wipe it with slight moist tissue paper, until it doesn't come out black, Alchohol no good.

I burned my forehead with a tootbrush, I've used razor and cut really deep, and I would use needles to pop my pimples and I would squeeze out really hard, And I'd repeat it over and over.

It sounds gross but the more you sweat, the oil comes out of your face and it opens your pores, which it cleans it out. And the sun helps it. And if you have hair that is constanly falling in you face then that dosne't help either.

It happenes to me to...and i hate it. But i wash face a lot during that time to keep all the oil off and that helps.

Pimples always seem to proliferate most during your period and that has to do with your hormones. The only thing you can do is wash your face often with mild soap, rinse it out completely, and then close your pores by submerging the entire face in a bowl of ice water. Then pat dry. And use whatever acne treatment you have that is non-irritating to the skin. Also, you might want to make sure that you don't use too many hair products if you have bangs or if you find your hair gets into your face alot. Plus, it surely doesn't hurt if you make sure that your pillowcase is washed often.

um i use neutrogena acne treatment...it gets rid of the pimples while also concealing them. but u have 2 use a bit of moisturizing lotion cuz it works by drying out the skin (acne is caused by xtra oil in ur skin, so when u dry out, no more oil) but then if u use ALOT u get dry patches. good luck! i have some friends w/ rlly bad pimples & ever since i've recommended it 2 them they've been fine.

Relax it is nothing to worry about. It means you are going through puberty and are developing. Don't eat chocolate because its a big influence on the growth of pimples. Wash your face with soap and warm water ocasioanally and do not touch your face with dirty hands. Also if you apply make-up, try to reduce the amount you put on.
