About a Diabetic cake.

Once there was a cake that had diabetes.He was sad. He didn't like the batter stick tests or the fact that all the other cakes had beautiful frosting and he had none.
One day this cake with diabetes went to see his doctor and his dietitian.They both told him that it was important to continue to test his batter often but he sure could have frosting like his friends.
They explained that cakes with diabetes count carbs and not sugar.They taught him all about counting carbs , portion control and yes, exercise.
He was thrilled to get his frosting and ran all the way home.
At home his Mom told him that she understood that he could be a cake- with frosting too!
She decided upon a nice non-dairy creamy frosting on and angel food cake since he had been such an angel.
She explained that cakes made with sugar do not hurt anyone.
He was the happiest cake ever.
