Do you qualify for SSDI or just SSI?

People don't always get denied the first time, that's a myth. There a book they have that lists everything SSA considers automatically disabling. Here's the link http://www.ssa.gov/disability/profession...

Obviously, you don't meet a listing so YOU have to prove how your SYMPTOMS keep you from working and caring for yourself. If they feel they need more information, you'll be evaluated by Voc Rehab to see if you can do other work. They don't care how many disorders you have.

Here's a link to their process http://www.ssa.gov/dibplan/dqualify5.htm

If you keep reapplying, stop. Follow the process and file an appeal, eventually you'll get to the hearing level. Do everything they ask you to do and keep all appointments.

It sometimes takes years to be approved and some people never do get approved. Try your local welfare office or community mental health center. Good luck.

It can be difficult. If you do not have a lawyer, you need one. I was denied the first time (Lupus). The second time I went before the judge with a lawyer and all my medical records and won. A lawyer is not a guarantee, but worth a try. Find one who only charges a fee if you win, which will be a percentage of your retroactive pay. And do not expect to actually be able to live on what disability gives you....

the main conclusion is this all things are not going in desired line.
1]write your minimum controlled desires and necessities on paper. are you confident to bear/earn at list above mentioned.liabilities? to be selfsufficient is your prime requirement.
2write down your expertise and power to earn .
2-1 must be in plus side.
3 then think how are you great in this hardship and howgreat you are going in your position?
4you should do physical labour, exercise, walking than wasting time in thinking and worriying.
5try yoga and pranayam sincerely to combat stress.
6try to keep confidence high, time changes every thing.
7time and GOD grace is main, hence to wait with patience is our duty.
8take medicines as per doctor advice
9memorise and do in practice and feel relaxed, god will help you..

You mentioned that you keep getting denied for disability but you didn't mention if you appealed the denials. They will always deny the first time you submit the paperwork. When you get your denial, you have so many days to appeal it. What you should do is have you doc. give you a medical necessity letter stating that you are permanently and totally disable based on the diagnosis's. Then you need to write a letter. In it tell them why you feel you should qualify for disability. Tell them your struggles with finding and holding a job, explain what happens when you do have a job and what triggers you to loose the job or get terminated that includes the fatigue you feel due to the depression and anxiety. Alot depends on how you word your letter but if you tell them everything on how your bi-polar, depression and axiety affects your everyday living it may help you get it. Good luck
