Red,itchy bumps all over my face!?!
Question: This morning I woke up to a bunch of red bumps all over my face! It's on my cheeks and forehead, and I have not a clue what to do. It's a little itchy. Also, if I put the makeup powder over it, will it make it worse?

That sounds like hives. Did you switch laundry products lately? Because if you washed your sheets and pillow case in new stuff, that could be it. It's definitely some kind of immune reaction, but before you treat it go to your doctor. The wrong ointment could make it worse.
And no, don't put makeup on it.
Could be anything from an allergic rash to chicken pocks. go see a dermatologist.
Sounds like chicken pox? Have you had those or been vaccinated for them before?
Maybe some fleas got to your face?
I'd go see a dermatologist.
