olive oil and salt scrub or olive oil and sugar work well

Sandpaper on dry, calloused areas, followed by petroleum jelly on the feet, followed by cotton socks. Do this every night for a week. You undoubtedly get good results before a couple of days are up. Be careful not to rub too long in one spot with the sandpaper or you'll be sorry next day. Also, a large emery board is fine.

Have you got a pumice stone? Soak feet in warm bath, scour in circular motion with pumice stone. Rinse well. Dry thoroughly. Rub in good moisturizing lotion or olive oil. Put on white cotton socks and go to bed. Do this nightly and it will help in short term and will be definite improvement in a month.

soak your feet for 10-20 mins every day. try the scrubs people mentioned. put body lotion or hand lotion on them after soaking and again at bedtime.

use a dishpan and soak them while you sit at your computer, that is what I used to do.
