Question: Could be a number of things. A fat cell is generally a lump that you can move slightly - i.e. it's not fixed. It could be a tumor or melanoma. I'd suggest seeing a dermatologist. They may want to biopsy it. I wouldn't go stressing yourself out about it though. My mother, father, and brother all had a lump that had to checked out. Everyone was fine. But I would have it checked.
