I have had panic attacks for 22 years. Have been in the nut house for detox of medications..14 at one time. Been to see countless specialists,nut doctors,hospitals.Bought tapes that promised to help.Nothing has helped. Sometimes I just wanna die. Sorry I can't help you but I don't wanna give you false hope. Hope something works for you.
