Help Im ill!?!
Question: Hi im feeling really sick at the moment, and have been for the past few days. Ive been to my doctor and haven't been given any medicine as its a virus. Every so often i get some wet yellowey coloured "flem" in the back of my throat, and have to spit it out. Is there a way of getting rid of this? Please help

it is a productive cough. keep coughing it up and spitting it out. do not swallow it or stop ur self from coughing. u have to get all of that phlem out. take some mucinex or an expectorant to help get that junk out.
