i have a sort of bump under my armpit too. it kinda hurts sometimes...if i touch it. but my gramma who used to be a nurse told me it was probably just a swollen lymph node.

Tumor...nah im just kidding...its probably a harmless cyst or infection. I would have the doctor look at it.

maybe a swollen lymph gland. he should check it out.

If it seems like a superficial bump, just on the skin, it's probably an ingrown hair. No biggie. Esp if it's red or hurts.

If it's deeper than the skin, he needs to see a doctor quickly. He could have some inflammation of his lymph glands and needs to get it checked out asap.

Squeeze it a little and see if anything comes out, if not best go have it checked out.

you probably are over reacting hun... if its a "small bump" tham your probably looking at a zit, not a cancerous lump...
but if you're that worried about it I guess you could go to the doctor and get it checked. I wouldn't worry unless it grows larger...

Lissette is probably on target. Due to the location, it is most probably a swollen lymph node. This means he probably has a low-grade infection somewhere in his body, and when is body has successfully fought it off, it will shrink back down. If it doesn't shrink back down in a few days, and if he starts running a fever, then he should see a doctor.
