black heads are when the dirt gets clogged into your pores there are all types of face washes out there and if they are across the nose then there is biore it is like a glue that is on a pad and it pulls them out when you strip the strips off, i have even heard of putting a elmers glue mask on once it dries then pull it off slowly and it is supposed to pull the blackheads out, some can be deep embedded into the skin and you may have to get a needle to open it up which will also hurt but depending on it but once she gets them out she needs to take better care of her skin and keep her hands away from her face and keep face clean as possible.

WARM WATER AND A WASH CL0TH
Use blackhead face wash, [Sea breeze and apricot scrub work the best] or squeeze the puss out of them than wash your face so they don't come back.
Just wash face a lot. They sell blackhead creams and strips that rip them out. Dont type in all caps, i can hear you fine, no need to shout
exfoliating is really helpful, they have exfoliating blackhead face washes (i like neutrogena) and also she can "extract" then, there are tools they sell at like target, or just squeeze them, if she does tell her to put a warm/hot wet wash cloth against them to open pores first, also pore strips work pretty well too
