Sounds okay, but all things in moderation. Not a bad idea to get into the habit of watching carbs, sugar, cholestrol now and you will be healthier for it later on. Let them think you are crazy... its your body.

Sugarfree usually means it has aspartame in it. Check it out for your self - but check a few sources - it doesn't appear to be healthier than sugar at all.

24 carbs is a lot, and just because something says "sugar free" doesn't mean its really sugar free, it can have corn syrup, or other 'sugars' in it. It may just mean it doesn't contain cane sugar.

You'd be better off eating a regular Hershey bar with almonds. It only has 21 carbs and it won't give you diarrhea like the sugar alcohols will.

Not really. Empty carbs and fats are two of the main causes of type two diabetes. Stick to healthy, natural foods. For a really nice treat, try some raw almonds with dried apricots. The taste is unbelievable... and it's good for you. Eating lots of raw fruits is what reversed my diabetes so much that I no longer take any medication whatsoever after nearly five years of trying different remedies. Who would have thought?
