I've been sick since July.
And I have bronchitis every year...almost year round.
I was exposed to both cigarette smoke and asbestos constantly for 25-30 years.
I am convinced this is serious.

Collapsed lung is a serious disease. It should have expanded with treatment.
About chronic recurrent bronchitis. You might be having allergic bronchitis, COPD, Bronchiectasis etc. Xray and other radiological investigations should have pointed out what you have.
Have a good talk with your doctor.
