i have anxiety attacks to DO NOT use inhalers for them because they are for people with asthma only they are side effects to using the inhaler if you don't have asthma just control your breathing like i do when i have mine tell yourself that whatever you are have and anxiety attack about is not the end of the world it is nothing serious just panicking over little stuff like i had an anxiety attack over not having my homework done last week stupid right? well not to be but good luck and happy new year and remember you are not the only one
you should try going to your doctor, and see what he/she says. Anxiety doesn't look attractive at all, try eating healthy and excercising
Inhalers are stressful on your heart and speed up your metabolism as does an anxiety attack - but if you cannot breath it is hard to distinguish what the cause is if you are having an anxiety attack. I have had this happen and used the inhaler. Just do not use it more then every four hours regardless. If you feel you need to you should be in the ER. This is assuming you have asthma - if you do not then the answer is NO !
well i used to get anxiety attacks and it feels like you can't breathe but really you just need to relax and calm down. i used my inhalers but only like one puff should help, they key is to calm down and breathe slowly. anxiety is pretty serious if your not already taking medicine you should talk to your doctor and take medicine. i only took my medicine when needed cuz i hear you can get addicted to it
