Skin bubbles ??? mainly on finger tips.. almost like shedding skin??? not a lot?!
Question: looks as if i have small tiny blisters on my fingers i would say a good 1 or 2 on my fingers a week.

sounds like the start of eczema. eczema is not from lack of milk. its a form of dermititis. u might be allergic to something, or it could be this cold winter air, or from keeping ur hands in water for long periods of time. there is no cure, but it is controlable. keep ur hands moisturized at all times. vaseline works great for that! good luck
It happens, when your fingers spend alot of time in water. for example, you work in a restaurant where you wash dishes all the time and your fingers get wet and bubble. or you keep washing your hands or you are a swimmer.
