Ashy elbows problem?!

Question: i have ashy elbows! i have had them for a few years now or i just started to notice them a few years ago. i am 14 and i get my ashy elbows from my dad. i put lotion on them and the gray-ness goes away but my elbows are still dark. i have bronze skin so my elbows look almost black when i put lotion on them. my question is, how do i fix this? what can i do?

for the discloration you can use a bleaching cream! & for the ashyness you can use vaseline on your elbows then apply lotion..thats what I do :)
