Can genital warts be transmitted by hand?!

Question: Let's say someone with genital warts touch themselves when using the bathroom and don't wash their hands.

Then the same night they touch the genital area of someone else, but that's it..(no oral sex, nor intercourse)...

can the virus go from the infected genital to their hands to the genitals of someone else?

Youre fine. I have HPV with warts and the virus will not infect skin other than the genitals, it also dies soon if it doesnt infect (or find a host). But please, always wash your hands after using the bathroom.

There are very high chances of infection. Germs are usually transmitted by hand if you don't wash them after doing "stuff." My tip is that you wash your hands before you do anything with your parts.
