Question: I often get pimples on my ears and they are SO painful. Any Ideas as to how to prevent them?

No clue really, those are the worst. I just do my best to pop em as soon as I can. Cant figure out what does it, but maybe if you have hair that is oily, try a different shampoo.

i got those once, wash your ears alot and it will go away. you have my sympathy those are SOOO uncomfortable
