Honestly? Toothpaste. No joke.
I would see a doctor. Extreme cases of acne can cause permanent scaring.
Try Proactiv. It's somewhat expensive, but if you buy it off of eBay you'll save a lot of cash.
acne doesnt go away fast...it takes time,get antibiotics like doxycycline or minocycline,they're the easiest way,no mess,no dry skin from cream medicines,just take the pills and within a week you'll see results,i've been taking doxycycline and it works great.

toothpaste before you go to bed, witch products an sudocrem
you can't. it's impossible. really bad acne takes months of treatment to clear up. see a dermatologist. ask about accutane.
