Red Little Spots?!
Question: On my left arm, right under my shoulder there is 15 little red spots and they are in a patten 3 rows of 5, they are not chiken pox cause they are not bumpy or lumpy they are kidda under my skin, i have had them for nearly 1 day now

could be what's called baby acne. go to a doc if you are really concerned
Not joking around here. but have you been sitting on any lawn furniture or something with holes in it? My husband always goes outside without his shirt on and sits on our lawn furniture which has little holes in it. When he comes back in he has little red patterns on his back that can last for a day or more. It doesn't necessarily have to be lawn furniture but if you were laying on anything with little holes they act like suction and kind of make little mini hickeys on your skin. That is the only thing I can think of that would leave a patterned mark.
