fasting blood sugar was good, should be in the 90's to around 100. A1C should be around 6 so you are excellent. keep up the good work

That is absolutely perfect. Normal blood sugar is 70-100 and the target A1c for me is 5.5 . I am diabetic that correlates to an average blood sugar for the last approximately 3 months of right around 90, a1c of 5 is an average of 90.
